SPARCS will only share information with the Project Director and listed contact individuals in section 1d of the SPARCS application. We recommend that the Project Director maintain updated lists of those authorized to communicate with SPARCS and those authorized to use SPARCS data (those with signed individual data use agreements submitted to SPARCS) at all times.
