If you receive a non-compliance notice on behalf of one of your facilities, you should compare your records against the Compliance Report for your facility.
If there is a discrepancy between the number of records being shown and the number you believe you submitted, you should check to make sure your submissions are being accepted in the SPARCS portal. Your submission may also have come in after the report was generated. You can also check your submissions against the Audit Report for your facility.
If the numbers in the report are accurate, but below your compliance target for the month, you can submit an exception request. More information on this is available here.
