The Optum helpdesk has a new dedicated phone line for SPARCS. Call 1-877-545-0011 to have a ticket created for your specific issue or questions related to SPARCS submissions. Please mention that you are calling for SPARCS and provide your PFI. However, to avoid long hold times when calling, we advise submitting a request through the SPARCS Portal to avoid long hold times dependent on call volume.
