Based on my funding or grant requirements, I may have to make my analytic datasets available to other researchers or repositories. How do I indicate this in my application?

The SPARCS program understands that some federal agencies or funders require final analytic datasets to be made available to other researchers or store them in repositories to create peer review opportunities for scientific integrity. At this time, SPARCS does not allow the release of any SPARCS dataset derivatives without program approval.

Any requirement you may have to re-release data should be listed in question 4F of your application form (DOH-5132). In addition to providing any specific planned publications, please also indicate this requirement by identifying the grant you are funded under, the funder, and the specific language used in your funding agreement. Additional details can be provided in your Project Summary under Section 7: Additional Information.
