New York State guidelines currently prohibit data from being transmitted or stored outside the Contiguous United States. Therefore, SPARCS cannot process requests for SPARCS data from institutions located outside of this boundary.
Researchers outside the U.S. are welcome to explore publicly available aggregate SPARCS data , which may support many research questions without requiring identifiable data. We appreciate your interest in using SPARCS data to advance health research and will update this information if there are changes in the Department’s policy to consider these requests in the future.
