If the articles do not have an answer to a question, just submit a ticket to our team by clicking on “submit a request” button in the top right hand section of any page. General questions should be directed to the first form, while more data specific questions should refer to the other forms.
If you have registered for an account on our support page, simply log in to view all updates made to your request. Users without an account will have to communicate via email updates that will be sent after a request has been made.
