Inpatient data is $700 per year and outpatient is $1500 per year. Identifiable elements, if approved, carry different costs based on the element group. Additionally, the SPARCS program offers several discounts, as outlined below.

*To receive the student discount, the professor must complete the application for the student.
**As defined in Article 28 of the Public Health Law, [an Article 28 facility] shall mean a hospital or facility that has been accredited by an accreditation agency to which the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has granted deeming status and which the commissioner has determined has accrediting standards sufficient to assure the commissioner that hospitals or facilities so accredited are in compliance with operational standards under this Chapter.
